Panorama Office Park

About the project

Panorama Office Park is a multi-phase development, planned to contain 220,000 square feet of executive office space upon completion. Located in the Panorama area of Surrey, B.C. near the #10 Highway, it is perfectly situated amidst the rapidly growing, diverse community amongst other industrial and office developments as well as residential and retail.

Our first phase of the project was completed in the summer of 2020. Currently, the project is still in development and Metric has begun our second phase working on the site of Building 6.

Project Highlights

• Coordinated with the engineers in the planning of future developments.
• Worked with existing businesses in the area to avoid restricting access and to mitigate disruption of operating hours.
• Prepared foundational pads for tilt-up panel installation.
